" Can" ditioning can help us on the way to conquering our fears.....How?
Most of us in the throes of our fears ask the following questions consciously and subconsciously
What if and then some negative statement , feeling , prediction,outcome etc?
we have to rewire ourselves through daily practices and rather ask
What if 
it all does work out
you can
you succeed etc?
and then even if you dont succeed at that time you will carry on trying
